Trevell Parker, a 16-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on June 23, 2016, in the West Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. when officers found Trevell with gunshot wounds to the head and abdomen in the 4400 block of West Wilcox.
