Joe Winters, a 35-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on October 2, 2020, in a shooting incident in the West Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. when Joe Winters and a 14-year-old girl were standing outside in the 6600 block of South Oakley Avenue.
