Desiree Falls, a 20-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on November 12, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. She was driving alone in the Fifth City/Garfield Park neighborhood when she was shot in the head by an unknown assailant at approximately 11:37 p.m. The incident occurred in the 300 block of South Homan Avenue.
