Death by Force

Shawniece Banks, a 22-year-old African American woman, was tragically found dead on November 22, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. Her body was discovered in a bathtub with a gunshot wound to her head in a residence located in the 8200 block of South Justine Street. The incident occurred around 5:30 a.m., and another woman, aged 20, was found outside the same residence with a gunshot wound to her face. She was hospitalized in serious condition at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
