Dalilah Batey, a 12-year-old girl from Chicago, Illinois, tragically lost her life on February 9, 2025, in what authorities described as an accidental shooting. The incident occurred in a home in the Calumet Heights neighborhood, where Dalilah and several others were reportedly smoking, drinking, and handling firearms.
