Ramon Flores Jr., a 42-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on October 16, 2020, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred late at night when Ramon went outside to smoke in the 6700 block of West Belmont Avenue. As he was smoking, two men approached him and began shooting. Ramon suffered a gunshot wound to the back and was transported to Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, where he was later pronounced dead.
