Johnnail Craig, a 33-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on October 31, 2020, in Dolton, Illinois. The incident occurred around 2:50 p.m. in the 200 block of East 143rd Street. According to the Cook County medical examiner’s office, Craig was shot in the back and succumbed to his injuries less than an hour later. An autopsy conducted the following day confirmed that Craig's death was a homicide.
