In the summer of 2008, a young life was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. Troy Wilson, a 17-year-old Black male, was found shot on July 29, 2008, in the 1200 block of Orleans Street. Despite being rushed to Johns Hopkins Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
