John Marcus Romanger, 25, a White/Caucasian male, was shot and killed on February 14, 2019, inside an apartment at the Evergreen Meadows complex in the 900 block of Southeast 187th Avenue in Gresham, Oregon. Officers responding just after 1 p.m. found him dead at the scene; records list him as having been born October 22, 1993.
