Tevin Winford, a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 6, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the West Town neighborhood, where Tevin was fatally shot while walking on the street. According to reports, the shooting happened around 3:15 a.m. when someone inside a passing vehicle fired shots, striking Tevin in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
