Latronze Kelly, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 10, 2020, in Springfield, Illinois. The incident occurred around 7:34 p.m. outside a Wendy's restaurant on the city's west side. Kelly was sitting in his van in the parking lot when he was shot multiple times by two men.
