Jerry Leflore, a 47-year-old male from Chicago, IL, tragically passed away on January 14, 2021. The cause of death was determined to be an overdose on fake oxycodone pills that contained fentanyl. Leflore was implicated in selling these dangerous pills, which led to the death of a 30-year-old woman. He was subsequently charged with first-degree murder.
