Shon Starks, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on February 5, 2021, in the Lithuanian Plaza area on the Southwest Side of Chicago, Illinois. According to reports, Shon was walking on the sidewalk in the 6900 block of South Campbell Avenue around 2:25 p.m. when a vehicle approached, and someone inside opened fire.
