Julian Castillo, a 16-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on February 26, 2021, in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood of Chicago, IL. Julian was visiting a friend at an apartment in the 6300 block of South Richmond Street when he got into an argument with two individuals.
