Patrick Kenneth Knudson, 20, was reported missing following a boating incident on Shasta Lake near Redding, California, on July 4, 1992. The public case record in the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System lists him as a long-term missing adult and associates his case with Shasta County authorities. According to that record, multiple individuals were recovered from the water after a two-vessel collision on the lake, but Patrick was not found and has remained missing ever since.
