Sinforiano Trujillo, a 32-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on March 28, 2021, in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 4:35 p.m. in the 3500 block of West Cortland Avenue. Trujillo was shot in the neck and head and was subsequently transported to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. He lived about a block away from the location of the shooting.
