Fermin Cisneros, a 36-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on February 9, 2020, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the Humboldt Park neighborhood while he was driving his family home from a celebration. As Cisneros was driving, gunshots were fired from a passing car, striking him in the head and causing him to slump over the steering wheel.
