Qiaoming Shao, a 57-year-old Asian male, tragically lost his life on September 27, 2021, in Chicago, IL. Shao was fatally shot while delivering food on the Near West Side of Chicago. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of West Grenshaw Street. Shao was sitting in his car when an individual approached and opened fire, striking him in the chest. Despite being rushed to Stroger Hospital, Shao was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
