Maurice Morris, a 34-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on August 4, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side of the city. According to reports, two gunmen entered a home in the first block of East 118th Place and opened fire around 4 p.m. Maurice Morris was struck in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
