Juan Alvarado, an 80-year-old Hispanic man, was found dead on October 7, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. His body was discovered in the hallway of an apartment building located in the 4400 block of South Campbell Avenue in the Brighton Park neighborhood. Alvarado had sustained gunshot wounds to his head and chest. He was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
