In the Morgan Park neighborhood of Chicago, a Wednesday evening turned deadly when gunfire erupted, claiming the life of 28-year-old Quindon Vincent. The shooting, which occurred on January 14, 2026, also left two other men wounded.

The incident began shortly after 8:30 p.m. in the 11000 block of South Longwood Drive, where police were called for a person shot. According to dispatch reports, the shooting may have taken place near a laundromat in the 11100 block of South Longwood Drive. Fi ...
