Travis P. Wilson, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on September 24, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:30 a.m., while he was walking with a 29-year-old woman in the first block of East 74th Street in the Park Manor neighborhood.
