Amontay M. Benson, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on October 10, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the West Garfield Park neighborhood, specifically in the 100 block of South Keeler Avenue. Benson was in a car with three other individuals when an unknown assailant opened fire on their vehicle.
