Anthony Watkins, an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on December 31, 2021, in the Gresham neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. According to reports, Watkins was walking in the 7900 block of South Parnell Avenue around 8:10 p.m. when he was struck in the neck by gunfire.
