Jamie Cervantes, a 17-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on November 28, 2016, in Chicago, IL. The circumstances surrounding his death were deeply troubling and indicative of the violence that has plagued certain areas of the city. Jamie was found shot to death inside a vehicle in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago.
