Ellen Renee Penn, a 33-year-old woman from Abingdon, Illinois, was tragically found dead on June 10, 2022, in her home. The discovery was made by Abingdon Police Chief Rick Pecsi, who responded to a 911 call. Alongside her body was that of Ryan Matthew Stromson, a 36-year-old man.
