David Clay, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on July 11, 2022, in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 1:40 p.m. in an alley located in the 2200 block of East 70th Street. David Clay and another individual, Charles Brown, were present in the alley when an unknown assailant opened fire.
