Derric Baltimore, a 28-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 9, 2018, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 9:25 p.m. in the 3500 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue in the South Side's Oakland neighborhood.
