David DeVeaux Jr., a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on September 4, 2022, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. while David was sitting in front of a friend's home on the 8600 block of South Kingston Avenue. He was among four individuals shot in a sudden and brutal attack by at least two shooters armed with a rifle and two handguns.
