Tacara Tunstall, a 19-year-old African American woman from Chicago, IL, tragically lost her life on August 14, 2022, in a drive-by shooting in the Gresham neighborhood. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:24 a.m., on the 1800 block of West 78th Street. Tacara was shot in the chest and twice in the arm.
