On the night of April 12, 1982, Paulette Riggs, a 38-year-old white female, was working as a cashier at a convenience store in Macon, Georgia. The tragic events unfolded when Terry Mincey, along with his accomplices Robert Jones and Timothy Jenkins, decided to rob the store.
