Stephen Gerard Gilner, a 32-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on July 23, 1999, in Marietta, Georgia. Officer Gilner, who served with the Cobb County Police Department, was involved in a SWAT raid at a residence near the intersection of William Paul Drive and Randy Court.
