Tavoris Danta Johnson, a 48-year-old resident of Marietta, Georgia, lost his life due to gunshot wounds on Sunday, April 28, 2024. The incident occurred in the 400 block of Lorene Drive in a quiet residential area of Marietta.

Johnson was found suffering from several gunshot wounds when officers responded to the scene just after 7:30 p.m. He was subsequently taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
