In a tragic turn of events in Marietta, Georgia, a young life was cut short. Daryus Johnson, a 19-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, in an accidental shooting at the Bentley Manor Apartments. The incident involved his roommate, Elyjah Marrow, who was also 19 at the time and is the grandson of entertainer Ice-T.
