Hoyt Keith Teasley, a 43-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 11, 2005, in Atlanta, Georgia. Teasley, a dedicated Sergeant with the Fulton County Sheriff's Office, was fatally shot while pursuing a suspect who had just committed a series of violent crimes at the Fulton County Courthouse.
