Rubin "Pokey" F. Bridges, a 59-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 15, 2022, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred early in the morning at the Donnelly Courts Apartments located in the 1200 block of Donnelly Avenue.
