Richard Schoeck, a 49-year-old white male, was tragically murdered on February 14, 2010, at Belton Bridge Park in Lula, Georgia. The incident occurred during what was supposed to be a romantic Valentine's Day rendezvous with his wife, Stacey Schoeck. Richard, known for his fun-loving nature and his dedication to his family, was shot five times, including twice in the face, as he arrived at the park to meet Stacey.
