Richard Joseph "Rick" Daly, a 55-year-old white male, was a Deputy Sheriff with the Clayton County Sheriff's Office in Georgia. On July 20, 2011, he was fatally shot while conducting a traffic stop near the intersection of East Fayetteville and Walker roads.
