Walter D. French, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on February 2, 2014, in Milledgeville, Georgia. The incident occurred around 9 P.M. in the Litenham Trailer Park, located in the Harrisburg neighborhood. On that fateful night, many residents were watching the Super Bowl when they heard gunshots.
