Montravious Deshawn McNair, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 6, 2014, in Augusta, Georgia. The incident occurred during a confrontation in the parking lot of a Kroger store on Deans Bridge Road. McNair was involved in a physical altercation with Karl Kelly, which escalated when Dequan O.
