Death by Force

Rufus Howard Ellis III, a 36-year-old African American male from Valdosta, GA, was tragically shot to death on May 3, 2014. The incident occurred outside the Park Chase Apartments in Valdosta, where Ellis was found inside his car with gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to the South Georgia Medical Center, but unfortunately, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
