Kadarius Deshawn Bailey, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically murdered on August 24, 2014, in Lake City, Georgia. On that fateful evening, the Lake City Police Department received a call for assistance at approximately 9:40 PM from the Rainwood Apartments located at 1885 Harper Drive.
