Everton Carter, a 44-year-old African American male, was found dead on June 22, 2019, in Flowery Branch, Georgia. The tragic incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Hall County Sheriff's deputies responded to a 911 call from a woman who reported that she had shot her boyfriend. Upon arrival at the residence on Sable Court, authorities discovered Everton Carter deceased from a single gunshot wound to the torso.
