Wilbur Jamal Mobley, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 3, 2014, in Morven, Georgia. Wilbur, along with his sister Anisa Mobley, was found shot to death outside their family home early that morning. Both siblings worked as corrections officers at Valdosta State Prison. The discovery of their bodies around 5:15 a.m. led to an intense investigation by local and state authorities.
