In the quiet, early morning hours of September 3, 2014, in Morven, Georgia, the lives of two siblings, both dedicated corrections officers, were tragically cut short. Wilbur Jamal Mobley, a 27-year-old male, and his 25-year-old sister, Anisa Chantell Mobley, were found deceased from multiple gunshot wounds outside the home they shared with their parents.
