Quincy Suggs, a 24-year-old African American male, was found dead on September 16, 2014, in Jonesboro, Georgia. His body was discovered inside a burning home on Redland Drive. The fire, which appeared to have been intentionally set, was reported by a neighbor who saw flames coming from the house. Firefighters quickly responded and extinguished the blaze, but during their search of the home, they found Suggs' body, which was heavily charred.
