William Frederic Whitsett, a 21-year-old male from Spruce Pine, North Carolina, was tragically murdered on December 23, 2014, in Savannah, Georgia. Whitsett, who was of Caucasian ethnicity, was shot five times with a .22-caliber weapon. His body was discovered behind an apartment complex on Brasseler Boulevard, where a large quantity of marijuana and the murder weapon were also found.
