In Savannah, Georgia, on the morning of March 13, 2022, a fatal shooting incident cut short the life of 18-year-old Jaylen Lee Olinde. Officers from the Savannah Police Department were dispatched to the 700 block of W. 35th Street around 10:30 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Olinde suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite any medical attention he may have received, he succumbed to his injuries.
