In a quiet Douglasville, Georgia neighborhood, a domestic dispute escalated into a horrific tragedy, claiming the life of 7-year-old London Prather, a young girl caught in the crossfire of her parents' turmoil. On a Saturday afternoon in February 2015, London, her 9-year-old brother Jeremiah, their mother Latoya Andrews, and her boyfriend Joseph Terry Brown were all fatally shot by London's father, Cedric Prather. The violent rampage, which also left two other children critically injured, ended when Cedric Prather took his own life.
The events of that tragic day were reportedly triggered by a heated argument between Cedric Prather and Latoya Andrews concerning taxes and child support.
