In a tragic turn of events in Douglasville, Georgia, 14-year-old Kyra Nevaeh Scott was fatally shot on a Saturday afternoon. The incident unfolded outside her home when her 13-year-old brother, Wilson Scott, was involved in the sale of a homemade firearm. The supposed buyer, 19-year-old Yusef Jabryil McArthur, also identified as Yusef McArthur El, allegedly decided to steal the weapon instead of paying for it.
