Tomas Arriola, a 22-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on February 18, 2015, in Marietta, Georgia. Tomas was riding in his father's taxi when the incident occurred. The father-son duo had picked up two passengers who, upon reaching their destination at the St. Augustine apartments, turned violent. The suspects, identified as James Lee Black, 19, and Abdul Malik Griffin, 20, assaulted and robbed Tomas and his father before fatally shooting Tomas.
